Ethan Bridges-Garcia’s journey as a storyteller began in the quaint outskirts of Athens, Georgia, where a second-grade writing assignment about a dog and her puppies ignited his lifelong passion for crafting narratives. From those humble beginnings, Ethan’s conviction that “stories that matter need to be told” has driven him to become one of contemporary fiction’s most compelling voices.
His debut novel, The Runner, showcased Ethan’s talent for weaving gripping tales that resonate with readers. He followed this success with When the Bough Breaks, a poignant exploration of human resilience, and Summer Heat, a sizzling narrative that further demonstrated his versatility as an author.
Today, Ethan continues to draw inspiration from his roots, residing in the Athens area with his chicken-enthusiast husband. Their home, a haven of creativity, is enlivened by the presence of three cats and two dogs, including a spirited blue heeler.
